How to play Call of Duty, Tacticallly

And so the impossible, becomes possible...

Call of Duty, if you don't know why I don't like it, rfer back to my blog archives and you'll see soon enough. Done? Excellent. Now, I'm going to tell you how to play Call of Duty Tactically, it took me a while, learning how to do it on Black Ops 2, but I finished this little guide. First off, stick together in groups, if you go alone, the chances of getting taken out by a silenced sniper from an enclosed position without anyone realizing is much higher. Another added bonus is that you can use a whole assorted variety of weaponry, not just SMGs or Assault rifles. Second, use your weapons for their purposes, this means using snipers as long range weapons, taking out problems for your team, machine guns to suppress and pin down the enemy to cover your advancing allies, SMGs to go in quickly and kill numerous targets in an enclosed space, a shotgun to lead the squad through a hall, to kill anyone who pops around the  corner, and pistols as sidearms. You also have to try and find the appropriate ground for these weapons, such as high ground for snipers and LMGs. Third, use anti air. I cannot stress this enough. Have at least someone go as a 'Support' class, with an LMG, and a anti air rocket launcher. With this combo, he can lay down suppressive fire, take out enemy air support, and also take out enemy air and armor with his LMG. Common targets are, UAVs, Lodestars, and those little robot tank things. There are other vehicles that can be taken out, don't let their point streaks grow! Fourth, use an assault shield. I do not see so many people using this anymore, but when I use it on an online match, people crowd behind me for cover, enemy LMGs don't work, my flak jacket perks protects me from grenades, all that stuff adds up. And, if no one uses you as cover, just find a doorway, through some mines down, and guard that door way, people may tell you that you're camping, but just remember: Camping is used in actual warfare. Lastly, choose your perks to suit your specific class, taking assault shield, take a Flak Jacket and lightweight with some extreme conditioning. This goes for the sniper as well, with all the classes in fact, also, attachments must also be altered in regards to your class. Hope you enjoy this new perspective of Call of Duty!
